DESCRIPTION:Join us for a meditative and healing experience that uses sound and vibration to promote relaxation\, inner exploration\, and emotional or energetic release. \n\n\n\nLocation: The Nook Yoga Studio\, \n\n\nDale House Bredon Rd\, Tewkesbury GL20 5BX \n\n\nFriday 23rd January 2026 \n\n\n6:30pm – 7:30pm \n\n\n£20 per person \n\n\nAll bedding\, pillows\, mattresses and eye masks provided. \nWe kindly ask that you notify us in advance of any medical conditions or pregnancy so we can assess suitability for your chosen session. \nWe require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancelling with more than 48 hours’ notice allows for a full refund. \nTransferring of tickets can be arranged with 48 hours’ notice. No refunds of transfer of tickets will be possible if outside this timeframe. \nWe are a small business and having this policy in place helps us preserve our business and allows for ticket resale to those on our waitlist. \nIf you are going to be late for whatever reason\, please call us before the doors close to let us know your situation.
