To now be able to offer this in such a nourishing environment feels really special. \n\n\nEvery Wednesday\n 19:30 – 20:30\n Coterie Holistic Wellness\n Starting 4th February\n\n\nTo celebrate this new beginning\, your first session is FREE. After that\, it’s £17 to refill your cup and reclaim an hour just for you.\n\n\nNo experience is required — simply come as you are\, because that’s more than enough \n\n\nI’d love your support with this new chapter\, whether it’s attending\, sharing\, tagging someone\, or just holding the intention with me. DESCRIPTION:Emerging from winter stillness into clarity\, hope\, and gentle light. \nWe are so excited to welcome you to our space. \nSession details: \n\nDoors open at 6:45pm and close promptly at 7:00pm\n\nBefore your arrival\, there are a few things we would like you to know to ensure your session is as comfortable and effective as possible: \n\nPlease wear loose\, warm\, and comfortable clothing\nEnsure you have eaten beforehand and are well hydrated\nBathroom facilities are available on site\n\nSound baths are audio-only experiences and involve no physical touch. Sessions take place at ground level. \nYou don’t need to bring anything with you — your sanctuary awaits.\nMattress\, bedding\, pillows\, water\, and eye masks are all provided. \n  \nWe kindly ask that you notify us in advance of any medical conditions or pregnancy so we can assess suitability for your chosen session. \nWe require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancelling with more than 48 hours’ notice allows for a full refund. \nTransferring of tickets can be arranged with 48 hours’ notice. No refunds of transfer of tickets will be possible if outside this timeframe. \nWe are a small business and having this policy in place helps us preserve our business and allows for ticket resale to those on our waitlist. \nIf you are going to be late for whatever reason\, please call us before the doors close to let us know your situation. \nFinding us:\nPlease use What3Words: ///aside.trials.region for an exact location. \nWe are located in the large wood-clad building at The Castle\, Castle Moorings\, Castle Lane\, GL2 7NE. The driveway entrance is next to Parkend Bridge and marked Private. Please use the allocated parking on the right-hand side of the drive just past our building\, where you will see dedicated signage for Coterie. We kindly ask that you observe the speed limit\, as wildlife roams freely in the area. \nOur entrance is on the canal side of the building and is accessed from the far end once you are on the driveway. There is signage to guide you\, but please feel free to call us on 07724 084794 if you have any difficulty.
