Qi Gong is the foundational practice of Tai Chi—an ancient Chinese discipline that harmonizes breath, movement, and intention to cultivate Qi energy and a calm, focused mind.
Soma Breath is a deeply meditative journey combining rhythmic breathing with music, and breath holds. This practice includes guided meditation and specific breathing patterns is designed to activate the body’s natural healing abilities. Athletes train in a similar state known as intermittent hypoxia, which enhances resilience and performance. By engaging in this practice, we bypass the default mode network—home to our inner critic—creating a powerful opportunity for self-transformation and intention setting.
