The Chakra Realignment Sound Bath is a little different to our regular sessions — 90 minutes of deeper vibrational work, moving through the energy centres of the body in sequence. Some people come in sceptical and leave wondering what just happened. Some come in already knowing what they’re looking for. Both are completely welcome.

For those with a raised eyebrow: you don’t need to believe in any of it for it to work. Without any of the woo,  just sound, stillness, and your nervous system being given the space to do what it already knows how to do.

This is the session that tends to shift something. We’ll leave it at that.
