Starting on Wednesday 15th October 11:30-12:15
Chairs will be available, so the exact nature of it will depend on who I have in front of me, but it’ll be based around movement for functional mobility and balance, pranayama/breathwork to reduce stress and induce relaxation, meditative practices, and a bit of playfulness from time to time because that’s good for all of us!
This class will be £12 pay-as-you-go, or you can buy the class passes I use already and actually get an extra class compared to the 60-minute classes, because in the new booking platform the passes are sold by minutes(!)
