We are so excited to welcome you to our space. Session details: • Doors open at 6:45pm and close promptly at 7:00pm Before your arrival, there are a few things we would like you to know to ensure your session is as comfortable and effective as possible: • Please wear loose, warm, and comfortable clothing • Ensure you have eaten beforehand and are well hydrated • Bathroom facilities are available on site Sound baths are audio-only experiences and involve no physical touch. Sessions take place at ground level. You don't need to bring anything with you — your sanctuary awaits. Mattress, bedding, pillows, water, and eye masks are all provided. We kindly ask that you notify us in advance of any medical conditions or pregnancy so we can assess suitability for your chosen session. We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancelling with more than 48 hours’ notice allows for a full refund. Transferring of tickets can be arranged with 48 hours’ notice. No refunds of transfer of tickets will be possible if outside this timeframe. We are a small business and having this policy in place helps us preserve our business and allows for ticket resale to those on our waitlist. We are located in the large wood-clad building at The Castle, Castle Moorings, Castle Lane, GL2 7NE. The driveway entrance is next to Parkend Bridge and marked Private. Please use the allocated parking on the right-hand side of the drive just past our building, where you will see dedicated signage for Coterie. We kindly ask that you observe the speed limit, as wildlife roams freely in the area. Our entrance is on the canal side of the building and is accessed from the far end once you are on the driveway.
