RETURN TO SOURCE 6pm – 7pm
When was the last time you truly switched off?
Stepped away from the noise of everyday life, let your mind settle and gave yourself permission to simply be?
The Return to Source is an invitation to do exactly that.
At Coterie Holistic Wellness, we don’t just play sound. We design the journey.
Three integrated layers. Two practitioners. One carefully crafted experience.
🎧 Original electronic soundscapes created specifically for our journeys.
〰️ Layered frequencies woven into the audio design to create depth and atmosphere.
🔔 Live acoustic instruments played around the room, surrounding you with an evolving landscape of sound.
Together, these elements create a multi-dimensional experience designed to encourage deep relaxation, quiet the mind and guide you towards a more meditative state.
🌅 LET GO OF THE OUTSIDE WORLD. RETURN TO YOURSELF.
Settle into your own space. Close your eyes. Let the sounds unfold around you as you leave the day’s distractions behind and reconnect with a sense of stillness.
🛏️ EVERYTHING IS PROVIDED FOR YOU!
Comfortable mattresses, bedding and eye masks are all included. No need to bring a thing — simply arrive, get comfortable and let go.
